How long does it take?
A typical time is about 8 weeks from the order, and the provision of data required.
We build the 3D model and version of your site from input data – typically a lot layout plan, site survey information, cross sections and any detailed plans of parks etc. We have a large library of assets you can utilise, such as house typologies, vegetation and assets, and/or we custom build yours.
We run multiple interactive workshops with you during the build process to get your model exactly right.

Content Management System
Our Urban Kiosk links to a back-end Content Management Systems (CMS) – that you, as the user, control and update. The CMS links to lot status (‘available’, ‘sold’…), pricing as well as general land package information (land size, bathrooms, bedrooms, garage spaces, photos, videos, floorplans…). Meaning that you can update all land package details through the CMS. Without coming back to us. Land package information is then accessible via the front-end facade of the Kiosk, when using the Filtering tool.
Land Package Filtering Tool
The Filtering Tool allows your sales team to quickly identify what land packages are available and fit your prospects needs.
The Filtering Tool allows your sales team (or your prospect) to specify the land area (depth, width, frontage…) they are interested in. As well as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces they require in their future home. The Filtering Tool then provides a total number of results that fit the specified search. The result includes whether land packages are available or not.
Using the Filtering tool – your sales team can easily identify and reference land packages that fit your prospects needs.
Accelerating Sales Cycles
The back-end CMS allows you, or your sales team, to constantly update your Urban Kiosk to reflect lot availability and land package specifications. The front-end Filtering Tool allows your sales team to quickly answer customer questions regarding land package information. In tandem, these features accelerate the sales cycle – increasing the efficiency of your sales team to answer prospect questions, creating a smoother customer sales journey.

Our interactive 3D Kiosks easily visualize Release Stages and allotment availabilities. Lot information is easily accessed and referenced by your sales reps and visually communicated to your customers. This creates a faster and more compelling sales process.
Site and lot information is fed live from the Content Management System with the information you want. Examples include site layouts, allotment details, development locations, lot size and frontage, number of bathrooms, car spaces and even the name of builders if you want. It is so simple, we make it child’s play.
Development release stages enable your sales team to visually reference allotment information, helping to build demand and understanding for each development release.
Content Management System Connection
Detailed allotment and development stage information is updated by your own sales team through our Content Management System. The dynamic link between your kiosk and the cloud-hosted Content Management Systems, provides real-time synchronization whenever you update development stages. This means you are 100% in control. There is no need to come back to us to update stage or allotment information.
Information on individual lots in your project – house and land packages, drawings, floor plans and more, are also all uploaded by you through the Content Management System. This information is accessible visually and intuitively as pop-up image and banners – in the right locations, at the right time.
Ben is a Civil Planner and has been in the planning industry for over 25 years. He’s passionate about bringing together modern technologies and agile methodologies to make urban planning smarter. Holding a PhD in Design-based Planning Systems, Ben’s thesis explored form-based urban design and planning. In it he compared post-war reconstructive city building to places like Oxford Circus, London, and developed and confirmed a method for city planning based on space over use.
