The advert contains a code. If you read the advert properly you already have it. If you did not, this is a reasonable place for us to part company.
Three short stages. Written technical, written behavioural, then a five minute recorded interview. We read all of it. Nobody is screened out by software.
It takes about forty minutes of your time across a few days. It replaces the three interviews you would otherwise sit through before anyone told you anything useful.
Pick where your weight sits. You will get the question set that matches. If you genuinely straddle both, pick the one you would be paid for tomorrow.
Two short recordings, audio only — no camera at this stage. If someone cannot explain themselves out loud, nothing else on their application saves them, so we would rather find out in the first two minutes than the third interview.
Somewhere reasonably quiet. Your laptop microphone is fine. Nobody is being marked on their accent, their kit, or their grammar.
A person listens to every one of these. Not software, and not a keyword filter.
If we take it further you will get an email with a code and a link to step two, the technical skills.
What step two is, so you can decide if you want it. You rate yourself against the skills we actually buy, and back up anything you claim at a high level with one line of evidence. About ten minutes. Then a short behavioural step, and finally a five minute recorded interview. Forty minutes of your time in total, instead of three rounds of interviews before anyone tells you anything useful.
